Refund Policy

All fees associated with player registration are non-refundable. If you anticipate a change in the eligibility (or availability) of your player after the start of the season (e.g. family moving out of the school district, etc.), you may contact the Hamilton Heights Youth Sports League board of directors to discuss the situation. Should a situation arise that prohibits your player form participating (e.g. injury, etc.) you may contact the Hamilton Heights Youth Sports League board of directors to discuss the situation.

All information collected by the Hamilton Heights Youth Sports League for this program will be kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third parties. Credit card numbers will not be stored or saved in any way for any purpose. Personal information will only be used to contact you for purposes of communication about credit card transactions and issues pertaining to the Hamilton Heights Youth Sports League. You may choose not to receive such communications by specifying your preferences in your user account settings.
